History
Established in 2001, Bespoke Internet quickly became one of the leading website design companies in the north west.
Within three years of building our first website we had won contracts to build database driven websites for Lancashire County Council, Lancashire Police Authority, Baxi Clean Air, Universal Island Records and National Grid Transco.
Areas of Expertise
Our speciality lies in content managed websites (websites with secure control panels through which our clients can update their own content) and e-commerce websites (those taking secure payments online).
In both cases we have developed our own systems which form the backbone of most of the sites we build. Our systems generate only valid XHTML code and automatically optimise your website pages for search engines.
Funded Work
In 2003 were successful in our application to become a supplier to the Objective One funding programme on Merseyside, a programme that provides 40% of development costs to businesses hiring approved suppliers such as oursleves.
We have also passed checks to become suppliers to many other EU funded projects across the north west.
Depth of Experience
Our staff are highly qualified, with a range of degrees in web related topics between the development team members, however we consider our experience our biggest asset.
To date Bespoke Internet has built more than 250 websites, many of which have been highly profitable for their owners over a number of years.
2006 Relocation
In July 2006 we relocated from our city centre location to larger offices at Preston Riversway.
Our new premises were fitted out from scratch with a high capacity telephone system and custom designed computer network supplied by Impact Computing in conjunction with Lancashire Digital Development Agency.
The first year of trading from our new premises was our most successful to date, and our development team remain committed to the success of the company and its clients.
