We have always aimed to provide a friendly, professional and efficient service to our clients, and feel it is useful that you are aware of how we try to run our company.
The following are pledges, some of which we have operated in-house for many years, some of which we have formulated for inclusion in this Charter.
We believe that a published Customer Service Charter is worthwhile as it encourages company-wide approach to client relationships, and makes you aware of what we are trying to achieve when we do business with you.
Website Projects
Our aim is to deliver your website on schedule. It's important to us that website projects are completed on time. With this in mind we promise to:
- Provide a Start Date and Finish Date for your project
- Develop a website in keeping with the Project Specification
- Deliver your internet-ready website by the Finish Date
Smaller Projects / Amendments
Once your website is up and running, you may wish to add new features or make changes to the website structure. With this in mind we promise to:
- Provide an email quotation for Smaller Projects / Amendments
- Schedule your work when we have your acceptance of the Email Quotation
- Deliver your Smaller Projects / Amendments on time and to spec
Customer Service
We aim to ensure that when you contact our offices or meet with our staff you enjoy a friendly and helpful response. With this in mind we promise to:
- Be available 9.30am-5pm Mon-Fri to deal with any query you may have
- Respond to your queries in plain English
- In the event of a problem we will explain why it happened and what we have done to repair the problem and prevent it from happening again
Website Accessibility
We believe accessibility is a pre-requisite of any website and promise that:
- Your website is compatible with all major web browsers
- Your website fulfils the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act
- Your website contains valid XHTML and CSS code
Server Performance
We're proud of our excellent record on server performance and promise to:
- Post news and updates of any server fault on checkserver.co.uk
- Achieve 99.9% uptime on our web and email servers each year
- Continually invest in improving our web and email servers
