Payment Processing
E-commerce websites require you to have a merchant account to collect credit card payments online. Most high street banks are able to provide a merchant account and you should shop around for the best quote for your business.

Your website will link to your merchant account using a Payment Service Provider (PSP). There are a choice of PSPs, the most popular amongst our clients being Protx (www.protx.com).

Secure Certificate
If your website collects or stores your users' personal information in its database you must protect that information with a Secure Certificate.
When a website is secured information is encrypted as it is passed from page to page.
